Student-driven agenda

We are inspired by the purpose and passion of our students who are focussed on applying innovative thinking in the area of business for development. We seek collaborations with student clubs and initiatives, that have the potential to evolve how we think about business.

Informing course content

We aim to inform course content by raising awareness of business as a force for good and exemplifying where business has provided solutions to development challenges. Through courses taught by faculty involved with the Wheeler Institute, students will be able to engage with new research, frameworks and insights.

Engaging with Student-led initiatives

Playing an advisory role on the content and delivery of student-led initiatives
Sourcing speakers and audiences

Engaging students with faculty, PhD students and influential individuals from specific sectors
Engaging LBS PhD students as subject experts in student-led initiatives
Sponsoring student-led events.

Women in Business (WIB) Club at LBS is one of the biggest clubs on campus, covering a wide range of areas: from recruitment, to a sub-group of Manbassadors; from relations with external initiatives like UN Women and HeForShe - to running impactful workshops on entrepreneurship and personal development - and also running our alumni relations programme. In addition, WIB runs an annual flagship conference.

The Impact Consulting Club is one of the fastest growing clubs at London Business School. We provide postgraduate students, many of them experienced consultants and others aspirational, with the opportunity to provide pro-bono impact consultancy work with real clients across Europe and the World. In the past five years, we've worked with public sector clients, NGOs, and private sector companies.

Our mission is to cultivate an environment that promotes the representation, well-being, and advancement of Black professionals in business. BiB will serve as a cultural foundation and network for Black students (past, present, and future) and their allies. The club is the ultimate conduit for the Black

Inclusion Network and facilitator of ongoing discussion between LBS and students for a way forward on racial equality.
