There are many ways companies can build awareness about opportunities and create a talent pipeline at London Business School.

Host a presentation: Introduce your company to our students either virtually or in-person and create a memorable engagement, network and showcase careers within your team.

Share insights: Run a case study, workshop or insight session and show our students the inner workings of your business while helping educate on your area of expertise.

Champion a Club: We have many active clubs at London Business School who run events throughout the year, particularly conferences where employers can get involved. Providing keynote speakers, panellists or corporate sponsorship are just a few ways to stand out to our students.

Recruiting global talent for UK positions

Recruiting non-EU students from London Business School is a straightforward process and much easier than you may imagine.

The Graduate visa route launched in Summer 2021. This new visa route allows international students who have successfully completed their studies at LBS to stay and work in the UK for 2 years without requiring sponsorship.

Student must have a valid Tier 4 (or Student route) visa at the time of applying

Must have successfully completed their LBS degree

Must not have previously held a Graduate visa

Must be on an eligible programme where study took place in the UK

This means students from the following LBS programmes are eligible: MBA, MiF, MAM, MiM, MFA, MiF, (part and full-time) EMBA London and Sloan. Students from our EMBA Dubai and Global EMBA are NOT eligible.
Check eligibility: Make sure to check with the student during the application process that they are eligible for the Graduate Visa

Check approval: Before they start work, check that their visa has been approved

It is important to note that you are not required to sponsor the student if they have a Graduate Visa. Therefore, you are also not required to pay the Immigration Skills Charge.
The Graduate visa is valid for 2 years

At any time during the 2 years, LBS graduates can switch to Skilled Worker visas

LBS graduates meet all requirements under the new Points-Based Skilled Worker category.

Skilled Workers need 70 points under the new route. Receiving a job offer provides 50 points. As LBS students are considered new entrants, this provides the additional 20 points required.

You can sponsor them under the Skilled Worker route for 5 years; they can then apply to stay in the UK without further sponsorship.

You will need to pay the Immigration Skills Charge for each year of sponsored employment.
