Three key themes run through the programme, each developing a vital set of skills needed to lead teams successfully:
Leadership: Undergo a personality assessment for unique insight into your leadership style and the effect your approach has on others.
Teams: Learn about the behaviours that build a collaborative and supportive team environment and develop your social awareness to successfully manage conflict.
Delivering results: Build a skillset to get results through others through team exercises, leadership simulations, case discussions, negotiation, coaching, influencing and action planning.
This programme can also be taken as part of the Certificate in Management. Enhance your leadership approach, hone your business skills and curate your own curriculum with a blend of online and in-person learning.
The fee for the programme is £9,300.*
The programme fee covers all required study materials, programme activities, as well as refreshments and most meals. It also includes access to a well-appointed gym with a swimming pool. It does not include accommodation.
