About the Expert in Residence Programme 

The Expert in Residence Programme provides access to world-class specialist knowledge across a range of specific subject areas to help you launch and grow your own venture.

You can benefit from expertise across areas that are pertinent to your entrepreneurial venture. Our team of Experts, including some of the UK’s most successful leaders in their respective fields, have been carefully selected to provide a safe and trusted environment for our entrepreneurs - who would otherwise be unable to access expertise of this nature - and who generously give their time to support participating students. 

Alternatively, for general start-up advice have a look at our Entrepreneur Mentor programme where you can book a session with one of our alumni who can provide more generic entrepreneurial advice and support.

Who is it for?

If you are an LBS alumni or existing student working on a start-up and are seeking expert advice on a specific subject that is specific to your business, then book a session with one of the Experts.

How to book a session?

Sessions take place on a by-request basis. The Expert may suggest a mutually convenient external venue for your meeting, a remote online meeting or an on-campus meeting. During the School’s closure periods due to COVID-19 and the resulting government guidelines, all sessions will be held online.

As a student, you can find further information about the Experts, their contact details, booking and preparation guidelines on the Career Centre Entrepreneurship pages. You will need to use your LBS email address when contacting the Experts.

Alumni, please contact us to request an introduction to one of the Experts. 

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours in advance by notifying an Expert directly using the same email address you used to make the booking.
