The European Commission requires all public bodies, higher education institutions, and research organisations from EU Member States and Associated Countries to implement a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) to qualify for participation in Horizon Europe and to be eligible for EU funding. London Business School is committed to aligning with these GEP requirements, ensuring that its practices and policies reflect the principles of gender equality and inclusivity. EUROUT is the Out in Business club’s marquee event and one of the School’s flagship conferences, bringing together over 500 students, professionals, and activists from around the world to discuss issues at the intersection of LGBTQ+ rights and business. EUROUT empowers LGBTQ+ graduate business students to build the career they want and envisions a future where LGBTQ+ individuals are proportionally and authentically represented in business
